Innovative Organizational Structure

Family Oversight Committee

家族监督委员会

家族监督委员会

The first defining pillar of Arcus 42’s governance innovations.

Comprising both family shareholder representatives and client delegates, the Committee serves as a collaborative and supervisory body responsible for ongoing alignment and co-creation. Its mandate is to ensure that Arcus 42 consistently upholds its values and delivers on its commitments.

The Committee convenes regularly to review strategic direction, asset management, and risk controls, providing independent evaluations and recommendations for improvement. When necessary, it may initiate targeted reviews or accountability measures. By maintaining close alignment with the family’s long-term legacy objectives and overseeing the implementation of corporate culture and conduct standards, the Committee fosters a governance ecosystem that combines deep alignment with adaptive resilience.

Asset Allocation Committee

家族监督委员会

家族监督委员会

The second defining pillar of Arcus 42’s governance innovations.

Composed of investment principals from leading single-family offices, the Committee provides independent, buy-side perspectives in a marketplace often dominated by sell-side noise. Its purpose is to offer families objective insight and strategic allocation frameworks that reflect their true priorities.

The Committee meets regularly to exchange asset-allocation views, methodologies, and tools drawn from direct family-office experience. Members bring first-hand understanding of how family asset allocation differs from conventional financial investing by emphasizing long-term discipline, cyclical awareness, and structural resilience. Through this forum, families gain access to perspectives that transcend short-term market trends and reinforce the principles of enduring stewardship.
